What payment methods do you accept?

We currently support invoiced payments. Online payment gateway integration (UPI, cards) is coming soon.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any plan. You can start using Vediqo immediately after signing up.

What happens when my trial expires?

When your trial ends, your account is automatically moved to the Basic plan. All your data is preserved and you can continue using core features.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, our annual plans offer savings of up to 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Absolutely. Vediqo follows healthcare data security best practices with encrypted data storage, audit logging, and role-based access control. Your patient data is stored securely in Indian data centers.

Can I add more doctors or staff later?

Each plan has defined limits for doctors and staff. If you need more capacity, simply upgrade to a higher plan. Enterprise plans include unlimited doctors and staff.
